ADHD stands for Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. It is a neurodevelopmental disorder which starts at birth. It has only been since 2009 adults could be diagnosed with ADHD. People will often have problems being able to relax; fidget; struggle when activities are boring or too much and can lose items to name some. 20-30% of adults who present with ADHD traits have traits of anxiety. 80% of people with ADHD have eating problems. 50% of people with borderline personality disorder have ADHD.
